Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tech Solutions & Development (TSD) collects through this website, what happens to it, and how to ask us to change or remove it. It describes the website specifically. Information you give us during a recruitment process or a client engagement is governed by the agreement covering that work.

What we collect

One thing collects information on this site: the enquiry form on the contact page. It asks for your name, your email address, your organisation if you have one, the category of enquiry you chose, and your message. A careers enquiry can also carry a sector and an attached CV, both optional.

That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no newsletter, no preference we store between visits, and no field that quietly records something you were not asked for. If you do not use the form, this site collects nothing about you beyond the server logs described further down.

We ask for an organisation because it changes who should answer, and we make it optional because a candidate writing to us may not have one. Nothing is required that we do not need in order to reply.

What happens to a CV

A CV you attach is passed straight into one email and then discarded. It is not stored in a database, a file store, or a recruitment system by this website. There is no copy of it here after the message is sent, which is why we do not offer a way to delete one: there is nothing on our side to delete.

The email itself, with your CV attached, lands in a TSD mailbox and stays there in the ordinary way that email does. If you want it removed from that mailbox, ask us and we will remove it.

The form accepts PDF, DOC and DOCX files up to 4MB. Anything else is refused before it is sent, and the page tells you why rather than failing silently.

Who else handles it

Two companies are involved in running this site, and we name them rather than describing them as service providers.

Resend delivers the email your enquiry becomes. Your message and any attachment pass through their systems in the course of being sent.

Vercel hosts the site. Like any web host they keep standard server logs, which record things such as the address your request came from, the page you asked for and the time you asked for it. Those logs exist so the site can be operated and debugged, and we do not use them to build a picture of you.

Nobody else receives what you send. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not pass it to a third party except where the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

There are none. This site sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, loads no tag manager, and embeds no tracking pixels.

It also loads no fonts or scripts from anyone else while you are reading it. The typefaces are served from this site rather than requested from a font provider as you browse, so no outside company learns that you visited by supplying them.

That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived. A banner asking permission to do nothing would be theatre.

How long it is kept

The website itself retains nothing. It holds no database of enquiries and no archive of submissions.

What persists is the email in the mailbox it was sent to, kept as long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, and the server logs described above, which the host expires on its own schedule.

If your enquiry led nowhere and you would rather we did not keep it, say so and we will delete it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@tech-sd.com and say which of the three you want. It helps to include the address you originally wrote from, because that is how we find the message.

We will answer every request, including the ones where the answer is that we hold nothing. If we cannot do what you ask, for example where we are required to keep a record, we will tell you that plainly and explain why rather than ignoring the request.

You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs you nothing.

Where we operate, and the law that applies

TSD has three locations. The global headquarters is in Malaysia. Singapore is where operations are based, and the delivery centre is in Hyderabad, India. Enquiries may be handled by colleagues in any of them, so your message can cross a border in the ordinary course of being answered.

Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act each apply to us in the place they govern. Where you are covered by data protection law elsewhere, including the General Data Protection Regulation in Europe, we will honour a request made under it rather than argue about which rules apply.

The full postal address for each location is on the contact page.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We do not keep quiet revisions.

If a change materially affects what we do with something you have already sent us, we will contact you about it rather than relying on you to notice a new date on a page you have no reason to revisit.
